Creating a Delaware LLC with Valis

    I'm planning on creating a Delaware LLC with Valis.org I'm doing this from Panama where I live, so I can work with YPN, paypal, and other companies.

    Anyone here have experience doing this with Valis? How was the process, was it smooth? Do you have any tips?

    I have never used valis.org, but I can recommend bizfilings.com. Used them to set up several corps. in the past.

    A couple things you'll need to do operating from panama. You'll need to file to operate as a foreign entity with one of the states, pick one of the 50, preferably one with the least coporate taxes. Florida is a good choice.

    You'll also need a registerd agent for the state in wich you decide to operate as a foreign entity. This will run anywhere from $50 to $150 per year.

    bizfilings.com is good, but filing out the paperwork yourself for Delaware, Nevada or Florida is not that difficult. Don't overpay. Corporate filings are as simple as filling out a form. The registered agent requirements are separate and you'll pay for that no matter how you register.

    I didnt knew about bizfilings.com, they look good too. But what I like from valis offer is that they also open a bank account for you, at additional cost of course. I think I will need a bank account to use a paypal account. Do bizfilings.com creates bank accounts too?
