    I intend creating a customizable content management system where a user will specify what he wants. During that process I intend storing the users list of processes together with what they are doing so that a user can be able to back track. On completion of the process the user will hit a generate button where PHP code is generated as the user specified the processes.

    The user does not see code. The user only specify processes and the application is supposed to generate code. Is there anyone with an idea as to how that can be developed in PHP?
