CREATING a custom RSS feed

    for those sites that do not have the ability to create a custom feed... i need a tool.

    For example... Yahoo allows you to create a feed for a specific keyword... not all sites do.

    Is there a tool or site I can use and give it the feed I want to parse for a keyword and it pulls out only headlines I want from my keyword???

    Google "carp" rss
    What exactly are you trying to do? Scrape a feed and display relevant articles?
