Even without knowing the domain I would say this is worth low $x,xxx It has a few edu backlinks and the owner came back with an opening price of $5000, presumably negotiable from there. If your budget is xxx I wouldn't bother but if you have the budget PM me for the url and you can decide if it interests you - don't piss about if you dont have the money!
