created a new site, interested if it complies with rules

I heard google has some new rule about ad placement, like it shouldn't blend much or something... can u please take a look and tell me if I'm fine? http://www.flunkme.com/essays.php I placed second add on that page right on the sidebar, is that fine?

 

Im not real familiar with video ads, but nothing is standing out as against TOS in my mind. However, I may be wrong. Send an email to google and ask.

I see no problem with any of your ad placement

 

I just looked at it.. I don't see anything wrong.. but honestly one of my sites got banned while I thought it was ok... so the best thing you can do is email Google.. and ask them.
