Create YouTube and email accounts and upload videos

    I need someone to create a youtube account with a new email account and upload videos to that account. I would like 10 accounts and 3 videos per account.
    Youtube will know if all the accounts are from the same IP add and are just bulk made and they will delete the accounts which does me no good. So, make sure that the accounts are from different IPs and are distinct.
    I have the videos and all the details.

    In the past I have paid .20 for a youtube account and .10 per video uploaded.
