All right, here is what I do for serious people in other countries that want a paypal account and an entity in the US. This is a good business opportunity for those of you in the US that are looking to make some cash. I charge $450.00 for this service and the buyer has to send me $550.00. you will see why in a second.

first I get the person's first and last name.
then I will go to the county registrar's office and file the paper work for a fictitious name (this is used in DBA accounts) So if the buyer was in India and there name was Rasheesh Lamonta (just made that up) I would file for a fictitious name of Rasheesh Lamonta Inc.

second, I will log onto the Social security website under my own name and social security number. I will create an EIN for my new company Rasheesh Lamonta Inc. (this takes about 1 minute)

I will then purchase a magic Jack from radio shack and will set up the phone number as a local number.

I then use my address and the magic jack phone number along with the documentation for the fictitious name and the EIN for it to set up a checking account for the name. I get checks and an ATM card with the business name on it. I open the account with $100.00

Then I will open a paypal account and use the magic jack, bank account, and EIN to verify it. ( just put the EIN in where it says SS# and pretend I am a person)

Lastly, I have a lawyer that I work with that will draw up papers for the sale of my "corporation" he only charges me $50.00 because it is all cut and dry.

The final step is to send the buyer a package with his checkbook, ATM card, and his Paypal info.

He pays me $550.00 and gets $100.00 back in his checking account.

    My total cost:
    Attorney - 50
    Magic Jack - 40
    fictitious name - 25

After he is done, I will then cancel the EIN. I am not going to pay his taxes.

One thing that I have also started doing is charging $10 per month for to receive mail for them. If they actually want the mail, they have to pay for the postage. It is a pretty good side business. so if you are serious about wanting a legitimate Paypal, I can help in this way. If you are looking for a freebie, then maybe someone else can help.

There are a lot of payment options available online. If Paypal is not available due to your current location. I suggest you use any alternative methods. Try Moneybookers, NETeller, Alertpay, etc...
