Create verified account

I'm from where only paypal send option is available, i can't withdraw or receive payments..if i create country as "mycountry"

I really want to create a verified paypal account (USA verified or some-other country where paypal send and receive available. and i need to get cash money if possible..

I've some friends in Australia. i think it is a Localized site. So how can i use a friend or anyother method to create and verify and get received money to my country??

How to do this for India account without credit card?

 

I have the same problem as you before what I do is that I just asked some friends to received my payment in his paypal and he agreed and I am glad he is trustworthy because he send the amount to Xoom and transfer the payment to me....But its way too risky....

 

Add an Indian bank account and it should be sorted.

 

Try open a PO Box in america then get a bank account with it then open a paypal account lol

 

You can ask some relative who live in a paypal accepted country to create a paypal for him self. Then you can use it with full features.

 

paypal created with a po box is a bad idea, they tend to limit these accounts if large amounts of money pass through them. to create and use an account in another country you would need to rent a private vpn so that you appear to be in that country. just make up details, it is called a stealth account and myself and many others use these all the time with no issues at all. any bank account can be attached and will do fine for withdrawing the money as paypal only check you have access to the bank account and not the names associated with it.

You need a trustworthy buddy in a country where it's accepted, or add a bank but some banks may not work like in gobinathdpi's situation. It's a tough situation, PayPal is stubborn.

 

I really think that it is very ilegal to do such this thing!

 

it's not illegal but it is against paypal rules, so there is a very high chance they will limit the account and put a 180 day hold on all the funds.

 

it is a very useful idea for payment.

 

If your from a non supported PayPal country than you need to use a different processor! Try Moneybookers.com, AlertPay.com, Webmoney.com or Liqpay.com. the only why to use PayPal is to have a friend create the account in a supported country, verify the account and apply for a PayPal debit card to withdrawal the money. BUT that outs everything in their name so you can't use the card! I am from the US and I live in a non supported country and I am telling you that Unless you fly to America or other supported country and open an account there is no way to do what you are asking unless your friends will send you the money and take on the Tax liability.

I suggest either Moneybookers or AlertPay as they both work just like PayPal, although I understand US peoples can't use Moneybookers unless you open a merchant account, I am trying to verify this when I do I'll post back. If your running a website the best thing to use is 2checkout.com since you can withdrawal your money to a Payoneer card, which you can also do with AlertPay and Moneybookers.

 

If you are from non supported country then i will never suggest you to use Paypal but i will prefer Money Booker or Alert Pay etc.

Regarding your Australian friend option ya i agree with that, you can go for that.
