The website is built on Saurus CMS: http://www.saurus.info/docs There's needed to create a form where user inputs name, surname, email and phone number. With these details user will be registered and details will go to MySQL. In future people can fill in the form just entering their email address (there will be explanation for users that if you have already registered you can just enter your email address). When user has clicked submit button he will be sent an email with PDF file attached that is uploaded via FTP. Customer must be able to change the email content that will be sent to the site visitor who filled in the form together with attached PDF. Also there must be possible to use in email the variables that were entered in form (name, surname, ...). There must be country based view - Estonian visitors get Estonian PDF and form is in Estonian, Finnish get Finnish PDF etc. PLEASE QUOTE THE COST AND TIMEFRAME TODAY BEFORE 5PM TO GET THE JOB.
