Create US paypal verified for non US residents !

    Hello !
    I'm creating US paypal for non US residents
    My US paypal can't withdraw to bank !
    it can send and receive money with account !
    if you are non US, you need 1 proxy on US server to use US paypal

    the price:

    proxy server: $10/mothly
    US paypal verified: $40/paypal

    There are many reason why a lot of folks like to use US paypal.For some issue Us paypal is very much necessary.

    Why should they pay u $50 just for new US PP account,anyone can buy a VPN with US IP and and then create PP for himself.
