Buying Create Quality Web 2.0 Sites.

    Sure, if i want to do this the quick and easy way, then I can just go over to fiveer, and they can flash on over some quick web 2.0 sites and I am out the door...but I am looking for quality design over quantity, and I am having a hard time finding a quality web 2.0 designer, that can create high quality web 20 design....

    If you can create quality web 2.0 sites, then please
    feel free to shoot over your portfolio, and we will go from there....

    Unless you have a better idea, I was thinking of:

    Tier1 > Wordpress
    Tier2 > Blogger
    Tier3 > Tumblr
