Create Newsticker Plugin

Hi,

I am new to wordpress.I wish to develop a newsticker plugin.WHen the plugin is activated,and then go to the website,it asks user to login using Social Login options and after login,it shows the newsticker in the page.Any help would be appreciated..

Hello, in order to create a plugin, you need basic knowledge of PHP and WP API.
