I do not believe in wasting anyone's time since I do not like my time wasted as well. It is not just a matter of customers finding good writers that can give them what they need in their articles. It is also a matter of writers finding good customers and establishing a good working relationship. If you are open to a suggestion may I suggest turning down the tone of your post? There may be alot of foreign and green writers on this forum I being neither one. I do realize what you are looking for and I also agree it is extremely frustrating finding that especially on here when alot are less than honest about their qualifications. Good luck in your search.
