    Is that possible to gain profit by helping someone else to create/writing a Blog ?

    I've come across to a website called, Time.Discount.

    It allows me to create and provide any services.

    So i'm thinking to create a service to help people around to create Blogs.

    yes very much workable. There are a lot of fishes in the pond for everyone! what i mean is, your target audience is vast and wide. You can start the same service on a small level and earn nominally good! Start already to know how it turns out
