Article Submission to top directories and guest posting. If i have a choice, i will go for Go posting.
Then social bookmarking, Forum posts, blog comments and etc etc.

Do not try to get into automated methods. Until you can rank yourself with manual methods, dont try to be lazy and use tools. If you cannot do it manually, you wont be able to do it with a tool. Manual process helps yo how things works in reality

Agree. Manual process is by far the best. I see so many replies that are repetitive in nature.
Treat each response differently and answer the question at hand. Yes, it will take time, yes it will be time consuming, but in the long run, done correctly, it will pay off as will continued SEO.
I don't believe there is a 'quick fix' as people get fed up of the same stuff over and over again.
Quality over quantity any day.
Finally, also agree with Gracia_2, at in 'build your brand' and 'grow brand awareness'. May take time, but definitely worth it in the end.

That post was made 11 years ago. The OP will never read his book/article. 5,660 Backlinks!!! Google will demote ANY website that makes that many backlinks in 30 days, because their bot will deem them as unnatural.
