dotcombuilder includes a semi-automated website installer system so you do not have to keep uploading all the website files each time you sell a website. If you want something like this then this is something that we have experience in but you would need a decent budget.

Basically all you require is a unique design integrated into Prestashop. Am I correct? When you say a small budget, what sort of figures do you mean as we would charge $550+ as a starting point for this?
No problem at all. As I do not know exactly how low your budget is you might want to consider buying a quality ready coded prestashop template then just get the main header image designed. This would give you what you want at a low price. There would be hundreds of people on here happy to design you a unique header at a low cost. Maybe for a total investment of $60 USD you could get what you want.
