create an image database

    I want to build a website which is able to search a collection of images I have collected. I want to be able to search by date, topic, name. Is there an affordable and out of the box method for doing this? If there isn't, can someone recommend how I might go about doing this.

    Simply store the image details and filename in the db. Conduct the search to bring back the list of appropriate filenames and then display the associated images on your web page

    U can store images as a BLOB objects and you can retrieve them later!!!!
