Buying Create an ecommerce site. 2ns time around...(read carefully)

    Hello

    let me try this one more time as last time after my post i receive multiple messages only to find out that most people that messaged me do not have a clue of what the project was about...and most of them never created a decent fully-functional ecommerce site.

    i am looking for someone who is good...that can set up an ecommerce site on a CMS (doesn't matter if it's magento, woocommerce, zen cart or opencart)

    make the site look nice...is able to import product images and description from the csv files that i will provide...populate the categories...set up ssl seal on the site...

    the top priority being the site has to be very pretty and nice looking!

    again...i know coding myself so am not looking for someone who no knowledge of this and who can get the job done in a few hours...

    if you know what you are doing you know it's doable!

    what would be your budget ? someone quoting here $39 means is it two digiter ?

    I am experienced in wordpress. Can Make Ecommerce site based on theme or basted on Plugins.
