    Once again that, doing research on creating ad groups for Google ad words, moreover the bidding for keywords is giving me a headache, I'm just wondering do you bid per keyword what's the cheapest keyword to bid on I'm selling coffee

    I'm using a special Bid-manager Tool to bid for keywords.
