Buying CREATE a WordPress Website for me

    Would need a website developed, preferably in WordPress.

    Home Page would look like this
    01: Logo and Header
    02: Facebook Twitter Email button
    03: Box will show latest 10 comments of blog post, links to Post Page
    04: Box will show latest 10 comments of blog post, links to Post Page
    05: Navigation
    06: Box will show text

    Post Page would look like this
    01: Logo and Header
    02: Facebook Twitter Email button
    03: Box will show a picture & write up
    04: Comment box
    05: Navigation

    Comment on Post Page wold look like this
    01: Logo and Header
    02: Facebook Twitter Email button
    03: Box will show comments from Page 01 in linear format
    04: Navigation

    Would have a few other static page that would go on under Navigation.
    I would need a customised comment box, preferably with Captcha.
    Would prefer that this is done in WordPress.
