Create a Wordpress 2.5 Tutorial

I need someone to create a basic wordpress 2.5 tutorial. The tutorial should cover everything from creating a post to, creating pages, creating categories, using tags, etc.

The tutorial does not need to include setup, installation or anything regarding themes.

This tutorial will be strictly for end users who are looking for help with posting to their blog.

Please give me a quote and examples if you have anything. I would prefer the format be in PDF and look similar to an ebook.
