Create a flash form for $20

    Hello,

    I'm looking for someone who can create a .swf version of an html form.

    I have the html source code (form - simple search box with javascript) and it needs to be converted into flash .swf version.

    One who gets it done (including source code) will be paid $20 via paypal.
