"Create a blog" CMS

    Does anyone know of a cms that allows for things like wordpress.com or Xanga, or blogger? I can't for the life of me think of what it would be called so I can google for it. Any good help will recieve rep, thanks!

    Why don you just use WordPress? I've used it for a couple of sites without a blog. Especially as with the latest version you can specify one of your Pages as the website's home page

    I'm a freaking huge fan of wordpress and use it for many many websites. I'm looking for one that will allow users to create their own blogs though.

    I think that Wordpress MU is perfect for what we're looking for. Rep's given!

    It's under the Options tab in wp-admin. Instructions are there as well.

    Blog and cms are two different things for the same purpose. and the purpose is easy management of websites and content..
    what you are looking is combination of blog and CMS.OK?
    and i think there is no such thing in the market.
    may be in future we can see the combination of joomla and wordpress!!

    Wordpress MU is what I was looking for exactly. As for CMS' with blogs inside, many have them already. I'm not a stranger to CMS' at all as I've been using them for a long time. As stated, opensourcecms.com is the place to go.
