I'm looking to hire someone to create 3 good looking 480x60 banners for a website (niche is hair/beauty). If you're up to the task let me know. It's a low budget need so $15.00 total is the job compensation and is non-negotiable. I don't require the incorporation of flash into the banners but some animation would be greatly appreciated.
