Are exchange tranactions now gone? Or is it just something they are thinking about. I have $195 in egold I was about to go list lol.
Can we still make reference to VCC in signatures? It may not be entirely for DP, but it certainly has advantages sometimes.. the cards I mean.
Only if you have a site or something outside of DP. The following is an example of something that is NOT ok: "PM me for the best VCC..."

VCC , Stumbles, Diggs, Paypal to Xoom to INR to USD to whatever currency, free comments, free forum posting, freebies < all of these related threads should be wiped off
He's actually doing the right thing. There are a lot of scamming going on around the BST section lately. It's better to be more strict than having your members ripped off.
I agree with the banning of VCC threads, But I think Stumbles and Digg's need to go too. Aren't they against Digg's and stumbleupons TOSs anyway?
I hope currency exchanges get axed next. Its nothing but a scam 75% of the time anyways. Besides, it goes against the TOS for virtually every payment processor / transaction service. Its a good thing that VCCs are gone. Crazy_Rob is doing a fine job in my opinion. This is Digital Point, a place for developers, webmasters, and alike. Anything which helps keep DP a clean place is a welcome change.. Good thing that the VCC threads are gone - not so much because they were annoying, but because most of them were just scams...
I think stopping digg/stumble exchange will also help those who think it is helping them because it is not. Once you site get banned from it, you looses more than what you got from short term exchange.

I see all the changes in a positive light, even though the stumble ban if realized would affect me, but I guess it is time to clear all these grey area. The BST forum will definitely be much more respectable after these.
Good for DP. Welcome the move to ban VCC. Looking forward to ban Stumble and digg exchanges which is just an euphemism for "lets abuse the system". DP is getting a lot of flak recently for being a scammer and spammer heaven. Wish somebody would think of an idea for kicking members butts for not paying for services rendered?
