crazy problem about google & my site - maybe funny

am having a indian video site (nearly 2 year old ) which have nearly 10000 unique visitors daily. 2 month before my server crashed and i moved to new server.

due to server setup and some other problems my site is down for one month so i thought i will lose lot of visitors, but nothing happen after one month down time also site got good visitors around 8000 to 9000

but after 2 week new server also showed some problem site loading time increased, down time also increased, but visitors came to my site without any problem, site go one like tht way for 1 month

then i find a good hosting people and bought a good server and moved to that server (2 days b4) after moving to new server my visitors had gone down to 1500 daily. now site speed really good and site performance also increased but now less visitors. i checked with different tools and find out google had removed my site listing for mostly all keywords except my website name(even my site listed as 3rd place for website name search result )
and funny part is before my site PR is 2 now it become 3.

is this a big problem ? or soon my site re indexed by google ? or some kind of penalty ?

that's totally normal.. just help google to crawl and index your site by building more links..

 

ya now am building more links and submitted to all search engine again.

 

google webmaster show that i got 33100 impression and 4400 clicks from search queries but google analytic show total traffic less than 1000.

adsense earnings also gone down.

you can use google webmaster tool send a reconsideration letter and state about your server change to google, it's useful.
