Crazy Customer

I made 3 sales one hour ago, but all 3 sales are from one Credit Cart. Moreover, the customer has bought one product 3 times. It is strange, isn't it? Should i talk to the CB support?

Not exactly a crazy customer. Say hello to credit card fraud.

Expect those 3 sales to turn into chargebacks soon.

I highly doubt that's credit card fraud. Why would anyone with fraudulent intentions purchase a digital product three times? Once you buy it once, you have as many copies as you wish.

I've had a customer buy the same product twice before, and the customer never realized it and never requested a refund. It happens sometimes.

it might be a mistake check the e-mail from your reports page and try
and contact the customer your honesty might keep you the sale
    rather than 3 chargebacks

I would contact that guy and make sure everything's fine.
If that was caused by some bad-behaving interface element, I would consider redesigning it a bit.
It's important to have that guy satisfied. Bad news make their way too quickly :(

That happens sometimes as if the person submits their order page a couple of times and not realizes it.
