how crawler read the page? are there any effect of page layout?? i mean if we use page navigation bar top of the page and navigation bar text not containing targeting keywords but targeting keywords includes on below of the page will this effect to get good PR ??
I dont think crawlers affected by the page layout, In layout i mean Div's. & crawlers can read flash so be careful
