Hello, I have 2 blogs 1 is 8 Months Old & 1 is just 1 Months Days Old. My pages in old blog get indexed fast & even my Post Gets Indexed in just 2 mins of my Posting (Without SBM) But its like .. on other new blog .. i post but i take few days to index ??? What should i do ? Why is it Like this ?
Actually try doing Social bookmarking this helps google recognizing the page and yeas use the webmaster fetch as googlebot function it really helps
But Fetch as Bot is not Unlimited & It act. dosent work that great as i have tried on other blogs to. But lets see .. will wait for more replies !
Then try Social bookmarking, trust me just posting links to huge social network will help the Google to recognize it
Google takes some time to crawl a new blog whether you are updating it regularly. I have three blogs two of them are new and last one is so old and it takes some minutes to get cache a new post. Don't worry its a little issue.
SBM is the solution, and from every blog to blog google treats it in a different way by taking various aspects into consideration. Every blog is unique and different..
New ones have to gain and maintain good contents and backlinks first before getting decent indexing and ranking. The old one may help by featuring those new posts of the new blog.
Have you enabled ping on your new site? Another trick is to sign up for feedburner and activate the ping service via feedburner too.
old blogs get the more priority comparison to new one..so wait for the new blogs & promote your old blog on social media sites..
I don't think so. I have had my fairly 10 day old blog get new posts indexed within minutes while one of my blog which is 1.2 years old sometimes takes upto a day to get indexed. I guess it can be a combination of features. Just dont worry about how fast it gets indexed, focus on building quality links. (If the posts dont gets indexed then that's another story)
Put link of new blog to your older blog and try to put recent feeds of newer blog on older blog... so that Google will index them much faster... You can see drastic change in crawl rate after doing this...
