GWT is saying it can't crawl a url which is: mysite.com/a

problem is I don't have a page with that URL??

I wanted to know from those who have been using GWT for a while; is GWT quirky in that way?
Will it normally resolve itself or do I need to do something?

google webmaster showing the crawl error or not found if page not exist on the website. than please click on link from page, google webmaster show all link where google crawler found this link. best solution is that make 301 redirect.

If a URL has loads of 404 errors then it is only advised to 301 redirect them if the pages have a lot of backlinks, if they don't then it could be a harmful exercise randomly redirecting pages.
