crawl errors and html suggestions

    While I checked google webmasters tools dashboard for my wp blog (for the first time,yesterday,since I am new blogger and don't know its something important to track out :( ) I found the following errors as Crawl errors,and HTML suggestions.
    1.
    CRAWL ERRORS
    HTTP 0
    In Sitemaps 9
    Not followed 0
    Not found 743
    Restricted by robots.txt 1,493
    Timed out 0
    Unreachable 0

    I deleted my robots.txt file,as I read from google help says that it will not affect my crawling and indexing.( But I have back up with me)
    I believe the next time there will no errors for Restricted by robots.txt right??Please advice

    And how to correct Not found-743 and In Sitemaps-9 errors?I uploaded my sitemap.xml path yesterday,that one I didnt do it before.

    Then in

    2.HTML suggestions
    Meta description-Pages
    Duplicate meta descriptions-64
    Short meta descriptions-36

    Title tag-Pages
    Duplicate title tags-188

    Please help me how to correct this? Sorry,If I ask a long query!:(

    No found 743 means 743 links of your website is not working now. Means you have deleted those links I guess.
    Restrict by Robots: It means Due to your robots.txt definition , Google have blocked 1493 url of your website to avoid seach engine spamming.
    Duplicate meta description- 64 means 64 pages of your website is having same meta description.
    Short meta description mean 36 pages are having very less description . You can increase the meta description for those.

    Duplicate title tag: means 188 pages of your website is having same title. Change them to get better position in search engines.

    I have deleted my robots.txt file,but still Im getting more errors,I mean Restricted by robots.txt 1,493 is now 1,829
    How to avoid this?What should I do??please help.

    Mainly most of the post feeds shows error.
