    I've noticed that the ads on craigslist have this meta tag:
    <meta name="robots" content="NOARCHIVE">

    Does this mean that they don't want search engines to index
    this page or does this tag have a different meaning?

    I suppose the purpose would be that once the ads expire, they are no longer relevant and thus should not be cached. The people who posted the ads probably don't want to get contacted for their old ads. I guess I get it now, thanks.
