How well Craigslist works for you is largely dependent on what you're selling.

I had problems selling "internet marketing" related stuff on there, but I had no trouble at all selling bike & my playstation 2 within a couple of hours. Go figure. The section you post in is also a factor. Some tips:

-Use multiple email addreses to post from.
-If you're posting the same post multiple times, change the text slightly each time.
    -Wait 15 minutes between posting.
-Clear your internet cache between posts (not sure if this is necessary, but I used to do it anyway)
-In general, my posts would be less likely to get flagged if I had people email me and then responded back to them with the link, rather than including a link to my site in the email.

If you're looking to automate the process though, rather than software (which can get outdated as CL changes their setup), you'd probably be better off going with an Craigslist posting service.

    Good Luck!

I gave up and found it to be only a waste of time.

there are a ton. If youve never done craigslist before, this is NOT the time to throw your hat in the ring. Its incredibly difficult and getting harder.
