I am creating a software for the people whome are working on craigslist. I see most of the people are posting ads successfully. but have problems in sending emails to the replies. so i am trying to create a complete reply back system and i need your suggessions. I will post it in here after few days, here is what i have implemented in it so far. 1- It will download the emails from your master account and copy the contacts into a text file and to a database also on demand in the fomat of email:name:Subject. while sending emails it will use the name in the start of the message like "Hi Name" and use "Re:Subject" as the subject of the email. 2- it will copy the urls of all posted ads into a seperate text file. 3- It will copy all flagged ads into another text file. 4- It will have an optional list of keywords which it will read in the message and if one of these found in the message it will copy this email into a seperate file. this way you can copy your required contacts into a seperate file. for example if you add the keyword "don't spam" into the keywords file. the software will seperate all contacts having keyword "don't spam" in the message body. 5- A settings file will be there to control the software in which you can specify if you want to copy the name, title or not. if you want to copy contacts into the database file etc 6- A powerfull feature, it will keep track of the number of replies coming from the same person, which i have used in my emails sender to send the relative message to that person. this is best for ewhoring, you can divide your messages into mutiple categories to send the first reply, and automaticaly send a different message for 2nd reply, 3rd reply and so on. 7- an error log is also implemented for any unexpected error.
