Craigslist Question

I have been advertising on Craigslist. When someone responds to my ad, my e-mail account sends an autoresponse sending them to my website (Its a mortgage affiliate website that we offer positions to people occasionally), which has Adsense ads on it. Sometimes people click on the ads (I have a high CTR for some reason, around 40%) I am NOT encouraging anyone to click on the ads, in the Craigslist ad or the website. But again the CTR is really high). Am I doing anything to violate the adsense TOS?

Yes, your spamming. There is a rule about unwanted third party advertisements. I'm not going to tell you not to do it becuase you might soon figure out. Craigslist really likes calling affiliate networks to get your ass banned.

-May not promote sites displaying ads through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites

you don't violate TOS but adsense would be monitoring since u have high...CTR...also never disclose CTR in public...

Yeah if he were posting the link in his craigslist ad then that would be true. But once they email him and SOLICIT the information it's fair game and no longer spam.....because it's solicited.

does YPN allow traffic from craigslist? Does anyone?

What if you advertise under services in craigslist? Is that allowed?

Are there any other quick traffic methods?

    i dont see the problem..

the people choose to email you, then you send em to a website, and they click the ads on their own

Hi for your high CTR, I am guessing you send pop ups with ads. You can't have pop ups but you can post on the classified as long as it is not spam.

Craigslist is not allowed. I am wondering if other classified ads are, yahoo, backpage, etc.
