Craigslist Posting Software

I own a Real Estate Company in Dallas and we have been posting our ads over around 4 years now. After trying Craygo, AdsonCraigs & Clad Genius I got fed up with trying to use the programs and ended up building a team to post my ads manually. They are currently posting my ads 10 hours a day and I couldn't be happier.

 

Lot of people making opinions in the thread that dont even post on CL. Bottom line is Troopal has been sued by CL and is up some days down more. CL Bot Pro and CLAD Genius are both great programs if you have $1000 to spend on CLAD or about $600 to spend on CL Bot Pro. They both do about the same and Bot Pro is about half the price.

These are both sold by Non-U.S. companys and CL will not be sueing them and closing them down like most of the other sellers so you will have support and a company to fall back on with them.

 

Do you think is really helpful..

In what sense it helps, does it helps by time or makes us more money..

Posting manually is the way to go.. outsourcing is an option.. but keep an eyes on your contractors.. some outsourced postings have very low quality. this is from first hand experience running a free classifieds site..

How much do you pay for the last software? And how long have you been using the last software and are you monitoring the effect it is casting on your site?
Is it bringing in positive traffic and reputation and helping with backlinks building? or you are not sure if it is just short-term things and might turn out to be black hat SEO things in the long term?

 

craigslist is no good for backlink.. pure for traffic.. good for products... so there is not much a black-hat technique..

What is the going rate for posting on Craigslist?

 

All Craigslist Posting Softwares are scams. They are guaranteed NOT to work very long as CL catches up to them. Their are other ways of getting free traffic.

CL has shut down operations in Israel by sueing them there. Craygo is the example of that

 

$.85-$1.5/post is the going rate.

 

Are there ad sites like craigslist? If so do any of them make it easy to post a link back to you site,
Craigslist is to cumbersome and does not offer much for those of us offering downloadable products that can be purchased world wide so I am seeking something like CL that provides national posting with links back to you site.

 

Backpage.com, Kijiji.com - However, they do not have the traffic that CL does.

 

Develop campaigns for each classified site. The smaller sites will bring in decent residuals, but won't compare to CL's traffic. Just remember not to put all your eggs in one basket.
