CRAIGSLIST - Phone Verification

    I was trying to post on CRAIGSLIST to these regions USA, Canada and UK require but these location require Phone verification.
    Iam looking for regions list where i do not need to go for phone verification.
    If any one can guide me with this list, Will be highly Appreciate
