I wondering is Craigslist worth of efort , I mean purchasing phone verified account for every citi I need.

I wondering how many customers I can get by this way, how big is conversion on sale ?

Can anyone tell me that ?

Do you think it is better than ebay.com ?

Why not use both. Craigslist if free after all.

Test craigslist to see if it even converts for you. Why spend the money to get all those phone verifications if it's not going to make any money for whatever you are trying to put up.

    Ebay is easier, but costly.

What suits one person may not suit another, try them both se what suits you best, its the only way to find out.

Probably I will, but wanted to know before what can I expect. Anyone know someone who can sell me phone number for CL verification ?

I mean not number but kind of "service", someone who will get the verification code for me and then send it to me.

Craigslist is good, but don't try any blackhat methods. In fact, I would recommend that you don't buy a different account for each city. If your product is relative to the city, it should be fine. For example, I have sold a few sports tickets on Criaglist before at the same time. They were in different cities. No problems.

craigslist is strict in their policy. if they found voip based pva u will lose all in one sec. be careful with that. however, if get lucky in posting you will perhaps get many calls/mails but to convert those inquires into sale is upto you

ebay on other hand can be used for selling, try auctions etc. classified on ebay - i dont think its a good idea

I found yesterday backpage.com but there is something strange with it.

I paid 15$ for placing my ads in multiple cicies, and after few hours community removed it ?
How it is possible if it was PAID Ad ?

Very strange rules, I can understand if they can delete free ads, but PAID ?

Has anyone any expirience with that strange site ?

I never seen before that kind of practise in paid services ...

I would try both although ebay is better for the mass appeal.

I`ve placed 30 ads on biggest cities on backpage and I am little dissapointed, after one day I had "0" replies, nothing.

Is it possible backpage.com can`t get anything ?
Anyone have expirience with selling IT services on backpage.com ?

I just choosed computer/services category, and placed an Ads with different titles and content to biggest cities and got nothing, is it possible to get at least 1 reply or backpage is completely worthless my time ?

I am wondering how looks Craigslist in comparsion with backpage but havent land line in NYC area where I want to post my ads.

I would do both, ebay and Craiglist. Ebay for my own experience will provide good exposure to your product. Craiglist is free after all.

to be honest, craiglist has many scammers and even when they seem legit at first they can try pulling scams such as fake paypal sent transactions to your email saying theyve paid u - ive received this stuff. so ebays safer in my opinion

I hate eBay because of the fees so I would definitely go for Craigslist. In terms of safety, you should go for eBay.
