I have tried different Craigslist Posting Services and just a few were ok, however, they were expensive. Since June 2013 I have been using craigslistpostingservice.org and they have been pretty reliable. According to their website their are located in California, I am not sure whether this is true but so far they have been doing a good job for me so I think they are likely somewhere in USA.
You can also try LiveAdPosting.com, i have tried them for my business and they did it 100%. I was getting daily reports and the price is also much affordable.
