Has anyone ever had their advertisements for products on CL flagged?

I have had some ads selling products flagged, and they were perfectly fine ads..... I think 1 user was using proxies to flag my ads

Has anyone ever heard of this??

People on craigslist can be a real pain in the ass! All it takes is for one or two people to figure out that your selling some type of online anything and they'll flag you.

Many times people will use proxies to flag a post repeatedly just to get it taken down. Most times when this happens though, it's other marketers that are just getting rid of their competition.

Same on my friend's part, he would always put or post an online job and before he knew it, it's gone. Well I can't blame CL because sometimes I would see some other online jobs posted on CL that looks too good to be true and whenever I can, I try to find them using Scam Search and yeah, some of them are scam. I think that's the essence of CL flagging.

I recommend against cl, those people are difficult to sell to.

CL is effective to reach out to millions. However, it is also disgusting to say the least...

It can be a fabulous marketing tool when used the right way. I've figured out a great many things that have proven very lucrative.

But an event I posted was flagged. I could not figure out why. Then later, it was reposted. So I guess someone reviewed it and decided it was ridiculous to remove it. It was an ad for a chamber of commerce event for a marketing event. It was just bizarre that someone flagged it.
