Is this what SPAMMING is ?

This is not considering spamming. Those ads for various automotive services in the Chicago area are perfectly legitimate local companies that are listing their services in the appropriate section of Craig's List.

 

OK great with that said Im looking for a person that can copy that and list another company?

 

Spamming is sending an unwarranted offer to somebody with little to no hope of them actually purchasing said product.

This isn't spamming, this is just advertising.
