I am looking to do some craigslist marketing. Using a CPA and email submits...is this the best way to go? If so, what writing techniques should I utilize to get the best amount of conversions... I have done a little CL marketing in the past and have earned a couple of bucks, enough to make me believe there is more in there Anyone have CL best practices? Advice?
Really depends on what kind of CPA you are doing and what sections? Otherwise all I can suggest is keep it looking a legit/professional as possible. People don't like spam and anything you post should look as professional as you possibly can make it.

They aren't going to do that. But no-one is going to tell you what/how to use Craigslist and make money for free.
What exactly are you asking for here? Is 'CL best practices' an ebook? There is tons of good literature out there to help you with posting ads on CL but it has gotten a lot harder to do these days.
