CraigsList is so innocent as a site. They don't even have any kind of advertising on their site. Generally Google is cracking down paid link sites. I can't see any reason Google would go after CraigsList.
Google states that sites should "avoid" listing their sites in classified ads. There is no mention as to what the punishment would be. There are similar suggestions to avoid links in social sites. Would that be blogs? Or social bookmarking sites?
I 2nd that... the nofollow link kicks in so it wouldn't really matter i remember trying to do it on wiki, and i hit refresh a few times, link was gone... people are browsing and clearing it up all day long
This is news, I would assume Google considers links from Craigslist the same with any other site, how would it go about determining if sites are listing their links improperly?
