    FYI, I just got an email from someone who said she was weblover78's wife, and said that he had gotten in an accident and was basically "unable to do any more work", so you can probably safely consider this offer to be suspended until further notice from weblover78.

    In reply to the above post, I have gotten a full refund + apology from the service provider. It seems that because of weather problems, his internet went out, which is why there was a delay, but I have been refunded in full, and everything has been worked out between us.

    I also assume that he is now able to do more work, but I will leave that for him to say. :)

    I hope everyone here who takes advantage of his services in the future has a great experience with this service provider...
