    Craiglist is the most popular advertisement/classifieds website. Anybody knows what are craiglist alternatives? I want to promote my website which is a free advertising website where you can advertise for free.

    What is the website you are promoting? There are some other classified sites, but many are specific and specialized.

    Backpage.com is an alternative. Although you won't get as much traffic as CL. You should also use your keywords in the "title" and body of your ads to help you get organically ranked.

    Do you mean that you own a free classified site like craigslist which you want to promote?

    Backpage, Kijiji, OLX and Oodle are the most popular alternatives for craigslist in the USA.
