Seems like the info says he is from the USA... So wouldn't be to hard to press legal charges. If he isn't from the USA and put fake details, then you could report him to ICANN or something and get his rights to the domain removed or something along those lines.
I have been receiving spam from this dude in my PM box. Thought is was kind of weird, did not think that they would allow that here. Add me to the list of people to shut this guy down.

Tubeincreaser, The first thing you need to do is gather your information. Then you need to send him a cease and desist letter for violation of your copyright (or get yourself an attorney). Contact all of his vendor links, his ISP, paypal, domain registrar (see why in next paragraph), whoever you can find. I'd also contact the "James" from his whois registration (but it's likely false information). Send snail mail Request Return Receipt. If there's no such person and the registration information is not legit, the domain registrar generally reserves the right in their TOS to revoke the domain name if the information in the registration is inaccurate. I've received the same email, I know its a scam because of the way its worded as well as the website previews i got, i've seen many software on there that i kno doesnt belong to that site. I say open a lawsuit and take him down!

Yes his site has been taken down but now hes got it pointing to a new site based in China.. he emailed me and said I have moved to china servers so now I cant be shut down..registered with a china domain name too.. good luck with anything now..
