Unfortunately, the vowels in "eunoia" are not in order; nor is that word very common. rosn007's answer, while common, also fails to use the vowels in order. One further hint: The common word I'm thinking of can also have "-ly" added to the end of it, so it would include the "sometimes vowel" Y. (Hint being, this word is an adjective.)
