Crab leg addiction

    For my crab addiction. Seriously I am addicted to snow crab legs. When I lived in omaha I used to goto hooters everyday for lunch and eat crab legs. Say what you want about hooters but they have great snow crab. I have never been much for alaskin king crab i think its very over rated and generally tastes pretty pissy and dry plus most of the highty tighty places cut them for you and they are all dried out..

    So now I live in Lincoln Nebraska and they have no hooters =(. My only option is Red Lobster and there snow crab is pretty bad. I do try to attend crab cracking mondays where you can get 2 lbs for 24.95 but the best part about crab cracking monday is they are fresh cause they are busy.

    Crab legs are good... with butter, without... doesn't matter. Mmmm.... It's too bad it's almost midnight I would have to go get some now. Maybe dinner tomororrow night.

    BTW Shoemoney, if you want some really fresh snow crab you may want to try these guys.

    well I am searching for another place that has crab legs for lunch like hooters.... The sad thing is there was a hooters about 8 blocks from my house but it closed 6 months ago.

    Now when I drive by there is just a hollow owl =(

    Not if you use it to rip the whole thing (shell) open.

    You crack it and then run the fork down the length of the leg, peel it back and...voila!
