cpxinteractive, adsense and flash ads

I have got a question regarding running cpx and adsense. I gather that its allowed. However the TOS of google says that the publisher should ensure the two ads don't look similar.

Now if its a text based ad(like adbrite say) i think you can change the colours etc to make it look different to adsense. However, how does one ensure that the ads look different when both are serving flash ads?

Both google and cpx ads are indistinguishable when adsense serves a flash based ad(which it does quite a lot on my site). Is that ok? Anyone else has any experience with this?

Yes, it's OK. This does not apply to image/animated adsense ads as they are NOT identical. Adsense ads an "Ads by google" and "feedback" bar at the bottom of the ads.

it depends on how the image is made weather or not it will be resized and have googles stamp, but they are speaking for text ads only.
you can not make an image ad not look like a google image ad w/o the stamp, unless of course you use the 430x600 size.:D
