I Had also bad experience with them, rate is very low so i removed them.

cpx24 main site says "only one view from an IP allowed". They dont clearly stated will pay per 24 hour unique IP address. I think this is the main reason why so many publisher complain low pay out rate from CPX24. Worst, they only pay 0.20 CPM for tier 4 countries visitors and 0.30 CPM for tier 3 countries visitors.
